Option #1

Pay Your Bill Online

(When Entering Customer Number Exclude any Zeros at the Beginning and use the Last 4 Digits of the Pin Number)

 

Online Payments:

	NO PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE ONLINE TO YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE YOUR SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED.
	NO DEPOSITS CAN BE PAID ONLINE TO ESTABLISH GAS SERVICE OR RECONNECT SERVICE FOR NONPAY.
	NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED TO RECONNECT SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR NONPAYMENT.

 

Option # 2

Automatic Bank Drafts

The Fultondale Gas Board has an automatic bank draft program which is available to pay your bill automatically. It is a free service that allows you to pay your gas bill every month without the hassle of mailing your bill.

You can also fill out a printable form and return it with a voided check and bring to the Fultondale Gas Department or you can mail in your form. Please mail to:

Here's How It Works:

	Once the form is received the draft will be deducted in 4 to 6 weeks after enrollment
	The payment will be drafted from your checking account on the due date stated on the monthly bill. Your monthly statement will show your gas usage and bill amount.
	Please contact the Fultondale Gas Board office if you change bank account numbers, financial institutions, or discontinue the bank draft. If you have questions about your bank draft transactions please call 841-6456.

 

Option # 3

Now Accepting Credit & Debit Cards!

We are pleased to announce that the Gas Board - City of Fultondale with the assistance of NEXCHECK, is now accepting Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and checks as form of payment.

 

You may use your Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Debit Card to pay for your gas service in person, online through our website, or through our automated phone system.

We also accept checks as payment by mail, in person, online through our website, or through our automated phone system.
